HaruHaru WONDER - Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner is a nourishing toner formulated with 95% naturally derived ingredients, delivering intense moisture and nourishment to the skin. It contains 2,000 ppm black rice extract, which helps prevent signs of aging by increasing skin elasticity with rich nourishment. It includes hyaluronic acid to moisturize the skin and beta-glucan to promote skin regeneration.

Volume: 30 ml.
