HPB accepts online payments with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and Klarna.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.

HPB uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means that your data is secure and can not be read by other outsiders.
HPB’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may at the checkout share your personal information in the form of contact information and order information with Klarna, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, and to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna’s own data protection information.
The delivery time for your order is 3-5 working days.
HPB sends goods with the following: PostNord – Private, PostNord – Optional delivery point, Budbee box, Budbee homedelivery
Shipping is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.
You always get a track and trace number so you can track your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return costs.
Requests for cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 after delivery and be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Requests for the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent via email email@example.com. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item upon return
You are responsible for the deterioration of the value of the product, which is due to another handling than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties, and function. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered to be used and of impaired value. This means that if you regret the purchase, you get a small part or none of the purchase price back. It is up to HPB to assess the condition of the object.
Right of appeal
There is a two-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, materials and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding Defective situation must be reported to HPB within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is written off due to incorrect or unusual use of the product.
HPB bears the return costs to a reasonable extent.
