Where is my order shipped from?
Maqes is a Denmark-based company, and all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We operate in multiple countries:
- Denmark: www.myskin.dk
- Sweden: www.maqes.se
- Finland: www.maqes.com/fi
Good to know: There are no import fees for shipments from Denmark to Finland.
Is Maqes an authorized reseller?
Yes! We are an authorized reseller of all the Korean brands we carry, as well as Geek & Gorgeous from Hungary.
We source our products only from verified suppliers or directly from the brands to ensure authenticity and quality.

Please note that we don’t have a dedicated Finnish customer service team at the moment. As a Danish company, we can assist you in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and English. You’re welcome to write to us in Finnish, but we apologize in advance for any misunderstandings. If possible, writing in English can help ensure clear communication.

What is the delivery time?
If you order before 13:00 on a weekday, we will send your parcel the same day. Delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Reservations are made for extra busy periods such as Black Friday, where it may take an extra business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping applies to orders over 60€ with Budbee Box

When is a product back in stock?
It typically takes up to 1-2 weeks before we have the item back in stock.
If there is a specific product you want but it is out of stock, you can add your email under the heading “Be the first to know once this product is back in stock.” Then, click on ” Get notified ” and you will automatically receive an email when the desired product is back in stock.

Is the product expired?
Korean skincare products need to differentiate between an expiry date and a production date. Several brands choose to write a production date – such as Real Barrier. There is a shelf life of two years from the production date.

When is customer service open?
We are ready to assist you from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM on weekdays. Our customer service is closed during the weekends, so you can expect a response on Monday morning.

How do I use my discount code?
When you want to use your discount code, you need to have added one or more items to your cart. At the bottom of the sidebar, you will see the heading “Do you have a cupon?” which you need to click on. After that, a field will appear where you can enter the discount code you wish to apply.

How do I make a return?
1. the parcel must include a note with the order number. The product just needs to be in original packaging and without signs of having been opened or used.
2. the parcel is sent to the following address:

3. Upon receipt, we will refund the amount of the product.
When is the latest I can return my parcel?
The parcel must be returned within 14 days.
Do I have to pay return shipping when I return?
The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return shipment. You are responsible until we have received the shipment back.
A delivery method with Track and Trace is recommended.
When will I be refunded for my return?
It may take 5 business days from receipt before the amount excluding delivery is available in your account.
I forgot to fill out my return form, is that a problem?
If you forgot to add an order number in the return shipment. You can send us an email describing your package.
According to the tracking, you should have received my return package, but I have not received a return receipt.
It may take a few days before we register your return. If your package has ended up in a parcel shop, this will significantly lengthen the return process.
Do I need to use Maqes packing materials to return?
It doesn’t have to be Maqes packaging, but you are responsible for ensuring that solid packaging protects the condition of the products.
Which products cannot be returned?
You cannot return the following skincare products:
- Products where the seal has been broken for hygiene reasons.
- Skincare products that have been opened or unsealed.
- Products that can quickly deteriorate, such as certain types of face masks or oils that require special storage.
We appreciate your understanding, as these guidelines are in place to ensure quality and hygiene.

You will receive an email with a tracking link when the package is sent.
If you haven’t received a tracking link, the email may have ended up in spam or “promos” in Gmail. If you still haven’t received an email, you may have misspelt the email. In this case, you should send us an email at [email protected].
Can I change my shipping address?
If you want to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible before the package is sent. Send an email to [email protected] or call us on +45 42 61 41 99
By sending us an email, there is a delay before we read the email and register your new information. We recommend that you call us.
Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
No, there are no extra charges. Maqes is a Danish-based business with all products stored in a warehouse near Copenhagen.
