Glow Not Dry Concealer is a creamy concealer that helps cover dark circles, redness, blemishes and minor pigmentation changes without giving a dry or heavy look. It is developed to give a more even skin tone with a comfortable finish that still looks natural on the skin. The formula is well suited for those who want a concealer that can be used both under the eyes and on the rest of the face, without the skin looking dull, dry or cakey. It can be blended out with fingers, sponge or brush depending on the desired coverage.

Apply a small amount to areas you want to cover or brighten. Blend with fingertips, makeup sponge or brush. Build coverage in thin layers.
