MACQUEEN Waterproof Pen Eyeliner is a liquid pen eyeliner with high pigmentation and a water- and smudge-resistant formula. It has a fine brush tip that makes application precise and easy, suitable for both beginners and experienced users. It is available in three colours: deep black, brown black and deep brown. The formula closely follows the shape of the eye, allowing you to create both subtle lines and dramatic winged looks without clumping or smudging. It can be easily removed with lukewarm water. Users describe it as incredibly durable, even in hot or humid conditions, and many consider it one of the best waterproof eyeliners at a great price.
