I have oily and very acne prone skin which is why I wanted a gel like cream with soothing ingredients. I have used this gel for about a week and so far I like it.

+ I feel like it has helped with maintaining a healthy skin barrier
+ Fast absorbing
+/- Moisturizing enough for me (I use it with tretinoin medication 0.25%) - might not be enough for dry skin
+/- Leaves more of a matte finish when absorbed (usually I prefer dewy finish)

So far I have nothing really negative to say. I use it at day and night time. I recommend buying a cosmetic spatula to be more hygienic.
