The toner is formulated with powerful ingredients such as fermented black rice and hyaluronic acid. Black rice is rich in antioxidants and packed with polyphenols and flavonoids that protect the skin from free radicals, including pollution and UV radiation. Hyaluronic acid delivers deep hydration, while added beta-glucan and red ginseng extract strengthen, repair, and rejuvenate the skin. The toner helps stimulate collagen production, even out skin tone, and prevent early signs of aging. Skin is left hydrated with a healthy glow.
