VT Cosmetics Cica Mild Toner Pad is a set of pre-soaked, dual-sided toner pads for quick and effective daily care. The embossed side provides gentle exfoliation, removing dead skin cells and excess sebum, while the smooth side delivers hydration and soothes the skin. The formula contains CICALIAO™ and CICAHYALON™ complexes, which combine Centella Asiatica with hyaluronic acid to calm irritation, strengthen the skin barrier, and boost hydration levels. Enriched with BHA, mugwort, allantoin, and willow bark, the pads help refine skin texture and balance sebum production. Suitable for all skin types, especially oily, combination, and sensitive skin.
