Round Lab Dokdo Toner is an award-winning toner that strengthens the barrier with its highly nourishing ingredients. Formulated with 74 kinds of natural minerals from the deep sea islands of Ulleung-do, which help balance the moisture-oil balance and strengthen the skin barrier. Contains panthenol, betaine and allantoin to help strengthen the skin barrier, relieve redness and minimise irritation. The content of HATCHING EX-07 very gently exfoliates dead skin cells and excess sebum for a clear and even skin tone. The toner has an aqueous texture that is easily absorbed, leaving the skin moisturised and strengthened.
