Description
Acwell Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner is a deep cleansing and moisturizing toner with a skin-friendly pH level of 5.5, which is the optimal pH level for optimal protection against external bacteria and toxins. Formulated with Peony extract and high concentration of licorice water (10%), which with its anti-inflammatory properties relieves inflammation, irritation and reduces acne scars and pigmentation for a smoother skin tone. Soothing green tea reduces pigmentation and dark spots and promotes faster healing of acne scars and pigment spots. This refreshing tone leaves the skin hydrated and with a natural and glowing skin tone.
Used by all skin types and is especially suitable for pigmentation.

The ingredient list doesn't mention the presence of fragrance (limonene and linalool). This is very important information being kept from customers as there are people who have sensitive skin or allergies towards fragrance. I am very disappointed. I bought this mainly because I thought there wasn't any fragrance in it.
